Set on a busy street in Dusseldorf city centre next to the German Japanese Centre, the Hotel Nikko lies 500 metres from the train station, one kilometre from the old town and 1.5 kilometres from the River Rhine. Getting there: Around 300 trains a day stop at the D?sseldorf Airport Railway Station which is located directly on a major axis of the European railway network. A monorail connects the railway station and the terminal building. The S7 S Bahn train connects the airport and Solingen Ohligs, and stops on the lower level of the terminal building. The bus station is located in front of central Arrivals, where taxis can also be found.
Driving directions: From the airport turn left onto Flughafen Strasse, then right onto Stockumer H÷fe and then circle around to the left staying on this road. After about 1 kilometre turn right onto Danziger Strasse (B8, which means highway 8). At the next big intersection, continue straight, now on Kennedy Damm, the B1. After about 500 metres, turn left onto Fischer Strasse, which becomes Kaiser Strasse and Hofgarten Strasse. Go over the ramp and veer to the left. At the bottom of the ramp is the start of Immermann Strasse. The hotel is on the right just after the intersection with Ost Strasse.
